Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to the Live Workshop (₹199) and the AI Engineer Launchpad (₹24,000) offered by Virtual Veda Academy.

1. Weekly Workshop (₹199)

• Full refund if requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled session start time.
• No refund for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session, or for no-shows, since a seat was reserved on your behalf.
• If we cancel or reschedule a session, you will be offered a full refund or a free seat in the next available session, your choice.

2. AI Engineer Launchpad (₹24,000)

• Full refund if requested before the cohort's first live session.
• Partial refund (prorated based on sessions remaining) if requested within the first 7 days of the cohort starting.
• No refund for withdrawal after the first 7 days of the cohort, since mentor time, cohort seats, and project review capacity have already been allocated.

3. How to Request a Refund

Email support@virtualveda.com with your registered email address and the reason for your request. We aim to process eligible refunds within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

4. Non-Refundable Circumstances

• Change of mind after the eligible refund window has passed
• Failure to attend live sessions without prior notice
• Violation of our Code of Conduct resulting in removal from the program

5. Payment Processing Note

We are currently rolling out online payment processing. Until it is fully live, payments are confirmed manually with our team, and this Refund Policy applies equally regardless of the payment method used.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your registration governs your refund eligibility.
