These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of virtualveda.com and any workshop, program, or service offered by Virtual Veda Academy ("we", "us"). By registering for the Live Workshop or the AI Engineer Launchpad, you agree to these Terms.
1. Our Services
We offer the Live Workshop (₹199 per session, new sessions added regularly) and the AI Engineer Launchpad (₹24,000, 90-days live cohort). Exact schedules, formats, and content may be refined over time to improve learning outcomes.
2. Registration & Eligibility
Our services are designed for working software professionals and are intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate.
3. Payments
Online payment processing is being rolled out. Until it is live, our team will contact you directly after registration to confirm payment via the available payment method at that time. A seat or program slot is only confirmed once payment is received.
4. Live Sessions & Recordings
Workshop and program sessions are conducted live. Recordings may be provided to registered participants for personal reference only. Recordings, materials, and course content may not be redistributed, resold, or shared publicly without our written permission.
5. Intellectual Property
All curriculum materials, project templates, branding, and content provided as part of our services remain the intellectual property of Virtual Veda Academy. Participants receive a personal, non-transferable license to use materials for their own learning.
6. Code of Conduct
We expect respectful behavior during live sessions and in any community spaces. We reserve the right to remove participants who engage in harassment, abuse, or disruptive behavior, without refund.
7. No Guarantee of Employment
While our program is designed to build real, practical AI Engineering skills and a portfolio of projects, we do not guarantee specific employment, salary, or career outcomes. Results depend on individual effort, background, and market conditions.
8. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our separate Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Virtual Veda Academy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
